3.2 AI-Generated Content & Ownership
Content generated through Novailist is produced with the assistance of artificial intelligence. You receive full rights to the generated content for personal and commercial use as soon as it is created. Novailist does not claim ownership over the books or creative works you produce using the Service.
You acknowledge that AI-generated content may require review and editing, and that Novailist does not guarantee the factual accuracy, originality, or literary quality of generated text.
3.3 Account & Authentication
Access to Novailist requires authentication via Google Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it.
3.4 Pricing and Payments
All pricing is displayed on the Novailist website. All payments are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles payment processing, receipt issuance, tax compliance, and billing communications. When you make a purchase, you agree to Paddle's terms and conditions as part of this process.
3.5 Intellectual Property
All content on the Novailist website, including the application code, interface design, text, images, logos, and branding, is the exclusive property of Novailist or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. This does not apply to the creative works you generate using the Service, which belong to you.
3.6 Prohibited Uses
You may not use Novailist to:
• Generate content that is illegal, hateful, defamatory, or promotes violence.
• Produce content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.
• Overwhelm or abuse the Service through automated or bulk requests outside normal use.
• Resell or redistribute access to the Service without authorization.
3.7 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Novailist is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service or site. This includes, but is not limited to, any losses related to the publication or use of AI-generated content.

• The generated content was unsatisfactory

5.2 Paddle's Role in Refunds
Paddle, as the Merchant of Record, handles refund processing. Refunds may be subject to Paddle's approval and policies. They may refuse refund requests in cases of suspected abuse or fraudulent activity.
5.3 How Refunds Are Processed
Once approved, refunds are issued via the original payment method. Timing depends on the payment provider (typically 3–10 business days).
5.4 Exceptions
Refund requests may be denied in cases of suspected abuse, fraudulent activity, or repeated refund requests from the same account.
